How do I get there?

From I-270, heading South:
  • Take exit 15A (Rt 118/Germantown Road East exit) from 270. Turn left onto Germantown Road at the end of the ramp.
  • Travel about one mile and turn right on MD 355 (Frederick Road).
  • Take MD 355 South for another mile, then turn right at Gunner's Branch Road, which is the first traffic light after crossing Middlebrook Road.
  • Take a right on Midridge Road. Proceed to the stop sign and turn right into Twinflower Circle.
  • Turn left into the first parking area, and look for reserved parking spot #15. If the spot is open, feel free to park in it. Otherwise, look for a parking spot that is not labled as reserved or park on Midridge Road.


  • From I-270, heading North:
  • Take exit 13A (Middlebrook Road East exit) from 270. Turn right at the second traffic light onto MD 355 (Frederick Road).
  • Turn right again at the next traffic light - this is Gunner's Branch Road.
  • Take a right on Midridge Road.
  • Proceed to the stop sign and turn right into Twinflower Circle.
  • Turn left into the first parking area, and look for reserved parking spot #15. If the spot is open, feel free to park in it. Otherwise, look for a parking spot that is not labled as reserved or park on Midridge Road.


  • When can I see the house?

    Please feel free to drive by at any time to inspect the exterior or look in the windows, and an appointment can be made to tour the inside.

    Do you allow pets?

    Yes, this townhouse is located in a pet-friendly community. Residents may have a single dog or cat, and are responsible for providing proof of rabies vaccinations. A $100/mo pet surcharge and a 2-year lease is also required if you would like to move in with a pet. Fish, birds or other small caged pets may be kept without the need for a surcharge.

    Is there a security deposit and what is the application process?
